Delete your account and private data

You can request deletion here without reinstalling the ARKZ app. Sign in to verify which account to delete. Your request includes your account and associated private data under our published retention policy.

Save any wallet recovery phrases and information you need first. Deleting an ARKZ account does not erase public blockchain transactions or transfer assets. Payment, dispute and legally required records may be retained as described in the privacy policy.

Requests are queued for review with a target response date 30 days after submission, subject to the retention exceptions in the policy. If you cannot sign in, contact privacy@arkz.ai for account verification and assistance.
