A deep session is the long-form interview: KNOA sits down with you, follows threads, and pushes past the first answer until it has something worth keeping. Plus gets 2 per week. Pro and Elite get one every day. The weekly count resets Monday, and a session you barely used doesn't count against it.

A boost raises today's insight ceiling on the spot. Plus: 2 (+5 each); Pro: 5 (+10 each); Elite: 10 (+15 each) per week. Use one when a conversation is going somewhere and you don't want to stop. Boosts reset weekly on Monday.

Between deep sessions, KNOA watches your day and asks at most one sharp question when something happens: you add a habit, set a reminder, or ingest a document. Higher tiers can also trigger questions from People and other advanced modes. Plus gets 3 a day, Pro 8, Elite 12. KNOA is allowed to stay quiet if nothing is worth asking about; a forced question spends trust it hasn't earned.

Nothing you rely on stops. Capture, journal, reminders, habits, goals, and calendar keep working exactly as before, and everything you log becomes the agenda for your next session. Only new training pauses. It resumes tomorrow, or right now if you spend a boost.

No. Training runs on a frontier interviewer at every plan, including the ARK Build: the questions are the instrument, so we never cheapen them. The depth of the questions is constant; cadence is what you're buying. Your plan determines included usage. More capable models can use more of that allowance.

The model selector shows the models included with your plan or Genesis Key. There is no separate model access pass. Usage is metered against included usage, then starter and wallet credits.

When someone licenses your ARK, the revenue splits between you and the platform. ARK Build keeps 50%, Plus keeps 65%, Pro keeps 80%, Elite keeps 90%. Higher tiers keep more, so at real licensing volume the subscription pays for itself.

Your ARK and every insight in it stay intact. You lose the higher cadence, the premium KNOA modes, and the higher revenue share. Nothing your twin already learned. Upgrade again whenever you want and it picks up where it left off.
