What happens to my ARK if I downgrade?+
Your ARK and all its data stay intact. You just lose access to premium KNOA modes and higher revenue share. You can always upgrade again.
Can I use my own API keys?+
Yes — Enterprise subscribers can bring their own Anthropic API key (BYOK). Your KNOA sessions use your key at cost, and platform markup drops to near-zero.
What's the difference between Max and Max Pro?+
Max upgrades all KNOA modes from Haiku to Sonnet ($29/mo). Max Pro upgrades everything to Opus, the most capable model ($99/mo). Max Pro includes everything in Max — pick one, not both.
How does revenue share work?+
When someone licenses your ARK, the revenue is split between you and the platform. Free tier is 60/40 (you keep 60%). Enterprise is 95/5. Higher tiers mean you keep more.
What are session extensions?+
Base KNOA sessions are 7 minutes. Extensions add more time per session. Plus gets 1/week (+8 min), Pro gets 2/week (+13 min), Enterprise gets 3/week (+23 min). They reset every Monday.
