What owning a Key means
A Key is a software licence. “Lifetime” means the life of the ARKZ platform, not the lifetime of its owner. If the platform closes, the software services end; the on-chain ownership record remains.
Your purchase includes the tier, slots and round multiplier shown in your checkout. The multiplier applies to XP from qualifying work. It never changes ARK Fidelity, and XP has no cash value and cannot be transferred or spent.
Your ARK and its knowledge stay yours when you transfer a Key. The recipient receives the Key’s tier, round multiplier, available capacity and transferable purchases. Personal capsules, earned badges and licences stay with their owner.
Card payment settlement must clear before a purchased Key can be transferred. A disputed payment is reviewed before further delivery or transfer.
Your wallet and transfer rules
Your wallet authorizes asset movement. ARKZ cannot sign for your wallet or recover its recovery phrase. Marketplace payments go directly to the recipients you approve.
A Key still follows its contract’s transfer rules. Sales, moves to another wallet you own and inheritance require current-holder Fidelity verification and cleared payment restrictions. Supported operators handle transfers and any required royalties. Platform verification or an unavailable operator can prevent a move even while you own the Key.
Administrators can change approved operators and pause supported operations. That authority alone does not replace your wallet approval or an owner-signed transfer authorization. Existing approvals can be revoked from your wallet.
Your personal ARK and companion access stay with your account. Selling a Key changes its website creation benefits, not ownership of your personal records.
Refund terms are being prepared. Purchases stay unavailable until those terms are published.
