Key terms
A Key is a software licence with the features shown for its round.
What your Key provides
A Key provides its stated platform plan, derivative creation slots, supported derivative types and applicable fee rates. The round card and checkout show the actual price, included features and round benefit before purchase. Pro and Elite Keys from the same round have the same round benefit for eligible XP.
A Key does not buy Fidelity, active weeks, capsules, badges or personal status. It does not carry an XP balance or a promise of financial value.
What lifetime means
Lifetime means the life of the platform.
A lifetime platform plan does not promise that the platform will operate forever. Separate services or usage charges remain as displayed before you authorize them.
Refunds and consumer rights
The Key refund rule has not been published. Purchases remain closed until the owners publish it.
The applicable total price, delivery terms and refund rule are shown before you agree. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain intact. A request for immediate digital delivery and an acknowledgement about withdrawal rights must be separately recorded where required.
What moves with a Key
A Key’s container holds eligible transferable purchases only. Your Root, Passport, Deed, XP, Fidelity, active weeks, capsules, badges and personal licences stay with you. A sale does not transfer your personal data or your identity.
Transfers must meet the current holder requirements displayed in the app. Moving between your own verified wallets is free of sale royalties. Other sales show the applicable fee and any creator royalty before approval. Owning a Key does not promise a resale price or a buyer.
When purchases open
The displayed round schedule comes from the registered platform settings. Chain delivery opens when the chain connects, and Key purchases require the owner-console action Open Round 1. Neither these terms nor a connection alone opens purchases.
Existing paid reservations keep their recorded price, round and included features. If a delivery is delayed, its recovery status appears in your order history; do not pay again to retry the same order.
