Start with something you know
Create your ARK and tell KNOA about a real decision, experience or piece of work. Review what it learns. Your ARK can then draw on the knowledge you permit when you ask it to help. You choose what stays in your Vault and what may be used elsewhere.
Fidelity shows how well your ARK reflects you. XP records eligible building activity. They answer different questions and appear in separate rankings.
Why a chain feature may be waiting
A chain feature opens when the chain connects. Until then you can read its purpose and requirements without approving a payment. Key purchases also wait for the owners to Open Round 1 and publish the required purchase terms.
A missing wallet, identity, screening or payment connection is named on the relevant screen. Do not send funds to an address someone gives you as a workaround.
Find a payment or cancel a licence
Open your wallet or order history to see the receipt and its status. Marketplace money goes directly to the creator in the purchase transaction, with the displayed platform fee. AI service credit is separate from money in your wallet.
Open your licences to cancel a monthly renewal. To request withdrawal, report an incorrect charge or raise a rights complaint, contact support@arkz.ai with the receipt or content reference. Never include a private wallet key or recovery phrase.
