Derivative licence terms
Read what you can use, what you pay and what stays yours before you agree.
The exact agreement travels with your purchase
A derivative is a purpose-built version of an ARK. The listing and checkout identify its creator, purpose, permitted uses, price, billing period and any limits. Review these terms before approving payment. The recorded agreement identifies the version you accepted; later edits do not rewrite your purchased terms.
You receive only the rights stated in that agreement. Access does not grant the creator’s identity, private records, source conversations, face or voice rights, or permission to teach another ARK from copied responses.
Monthly access
A monthly licence is non-transferable. Each renewal requires your approval of the displayed amount and billing period. There is no automatic charge. You can cancel future renewal from your licences with one cancel action; paid access continues through the period shown in your receipt.
If a payment is missed, the recorded grace period applies. Access can be revoked after that period. A failed payment is not a new permission to charge an unapproved amount. Your licence history shows renewal, cancellation and access status.
A one-time purchase
A one-time sale is transferable and never revocable as a recurring licence. It does not require a monthly renewal. A transfer carries only the rights recorded for that purchase, not the seller’s personal identity, rewards or unrelated licences.
A platform restriction required to address unlawful content does not rewrite a permanent ownership receipt. Contact support if a listing or its delivered content differs from the agreement.
Money goes to the creator
Marketplace payments settle directly from buyer to seller, with the displayed ARKZ fee paid in the same transaction. ARKZ does not hold a creator earnings balance for later withdrawal. Your wallet shows the transaction and its destination.
A supported card route for a marketplace purchase first buys USDC into your own wallet through an independent provider. You then approve the marketplace payment. Provider fees and the total are shown before approval. Network costs are shown by your wallet.
Consumer rights and immediate delivery
Applicable statutory rights remain intact. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately, loss of that right requires your separate express request for delivery to begin, your acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and confirmation of that agreement. A general terms checkbox alone is not that request.

A person’s face and voice need their consent
Likeness work requires the person’s recorded permission for the agreed use. A generated output is labelled as synthetic media. A paid output includes a certificate identifying the relevant consent and licence; that certificate is personal and does not create broader rights.
Consent withdrawal prevents new unauthorized use. Existing paid-content proofs retain the consent and agreement recorded at creation. Report impersonation, an unauthorized likeness or a rights complaint through the listing’s report control or support@arkz.ai, with the order or content reference.
