Records and protocol answers carry "arp": "0"

Changes within v0 are additive only: new optional fields, new actions, new tools, new kinds. Nothing a v0 client relies on is removed or renamed inside v0.

1. P0 2026-10-06

   The record format published (record.schema.json and scope.schema.json), get_ark_schema answering without a credential, and three keyed readers: list_ark_records, get_ark_record and get_ark_provenance, behind the protocol switch and the platform source boundary.

2. P1 2026-10-06

   Credentials and the ledger: the read:records and write:proposals scopes, source grants and ark_src_ source keys, and one ledger row for every answered call.

3. P2 2026-10-07

   The write direction: propose_ark_record and propose_ark_records, with intake checks for schema, hash, rights, quota, lane and dedupe, and the owner review in the proposals panel. Acceptance is the charged step.

4. P3 2026-10-07

   A derivative may carry a provenance selection beside its knowledge areas, recorded at creation and shown as a served count.

5. P4 2026-10-07

   The Custom ARK: a derivative minted from a pinned selection of the record.
